Rotatable – The wheel on the handle can be used to adjust the axial orientation of the clip, allowing precise clipping location.

Indications:

Hemostasis for:

- Mucosal/submucosal defects < 3 cm in size

- Bleeding ulcers

- Bleeding arteries < 2 mm in size

- Polypectomy sites < 1.5 cm in size

- Diverticula in the colon

As a supplementary method, closure of GI tract luminal perforations that can be treated conservatively.
